Reimagining a classic for Pepsi’s boldest global campaign yet.

For Pepsi’s latest global platform Thirsty For More—a celebration of bold, unapologetic choices—we were tasked with delivering a musical centrepiece that could carry emotional weight while feeling fresh and joyful.

Adelphoi led the music direction and production on a powerful reinterpretation of Édith Piaf’s No Regrets. The new version features a vibrant vocal from 18-year-old Siena, recorded live alongside a 37-piece orchestra at Abbey Road Studios. The result is a cinematic and emotionally charged reimagining that brings Piaf’s message of defiance and joy to a new generation.

The arrangement layered expansive strings, harp, and modern orchestral textures to build both intimacy and impact. Siena’s voice brought a youthful honesty that shifted the meaning of the song—from reflective to bold and alive—perfectly echoing the film’s message of unapologetic self-expression.
