For this global campaign, Pepsi Max set out to celebrate football’s legacy and spotlight the future of the game—driven by a new generation of women stepping confidently onto the world stage. The film brings icons like Beckham, Pelé, and Ronaldinho together with the sport’s rising stars, including Putellas, James, and Graham Hansen, for a true passing of the torch.

Our brief: to completely reimagine Dick Dale’s iconic “Misirlou,” creating a soundtrack as bold and forward-thinking as the film’s new heroes. Adelphoi led the full musical transformation, overseeing creative direction and a complete re-record from scratch. We introduced original vocals—never present in the original—alongside heavyweight beats and contemporary club energy, giving “Misirlou” a new swagger and urgency. The result is a genre-blending track designed to amplify the ambition, energy, and attitude of football’s next era.
